Analysis of EEG signals
Analysis of the Electroencephalogram signals.
The project is related to analyzing electroencephalogram (EEG) signals in order to determine brain dynamics in response to various stimulation effects.
With the help of frequency analysis and wavelets transform we have identified a correlation between the signals received from electrodes attached to the different parts of the brain. The detected interactions were visualized in a diagram, which shows their correlation and respective intensity.
The development was performed according to the method described in the article by A.N. Omidvarnia "Orthogonalized Partial Directed Coherence for Functional Connectivity Analysis of Newborn EEG"
